Nova Expedition is a Kenya travel content and advisory brand operating at novaexpedition.tours, based in Nairobi, Kenya. We publish Kenya travel guides, answer planning questions, and provide free safari planning advice. We are in the process of formal business registration (expected Q4 2026).

We are not a licensed travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform. We are a travel content and advisory brand that may, at your request and with your explicit consent, connect you with licensed Kenya safari operators.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use our content for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website

4. Referral relationships and commercial disclosure

Nova Expedition may earn referral fees or commissions when we connect you with a Kenya safari operator and you subsequently book with that operator. This is disclosed in full:

• We will always tell you before making any referral whether a commercial relationship exists
• Referral fees do not affect the price you pay to the operator
• We only refer operators we genuinely trust and would recommend regardless of any commercial arrangement
• You are never obligated to book through any operator we suggest

Our editorial content — destination guides, planning articles, seasonal advice — is written independently and is not influenced by commercial relationships with operators.

5. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to ensure our content is accurate and up to date. However, Kenya travel information — including park fees, visa requirements, health recommendations, operator pricing, and seasonal conditions — changes regularly. We recommend:

• Verifying current park fees directly with Kenya Wildlife Service (kws.go.ke)
• Checking current visa and eTA requirements at evisa.go.ke
• Consulting your doctor or a travel health clinic for current health and vaccination advice
• Confirming pricing directly with any operator before booking
